STATEMENT
The purpose of the Farmington
Taxpayer’s Association
is to monitor fiscal policy and to educate taxpayers and town officials about the benefits of
lower taxes.
WE ARE NONPARTISAN
AND STAND
FOR:
o Efficiency in Farmington town
government
o Increased citizen awareness and engagement on fiscal
issues
o Increased voter participation
o The belief that frugality is extremely
important.
WE
WILL:
o Organize opposition to unjustified and wasteful spending
o Remind elected officials about their campaign
promises.
